RusAl contributes into Libyan energy production complex
Russian Aluminium Company and Libyan state Economic and Social Development Fund - or ESDF - agreed on a joint venture
It will include include a 600,000 tons strong n aluminum production facility and a power station working on natural gas.
The deal is expected next year, its cost is not commented. As for the shares, Rusal will reportedly hold a 60 % in the future industrial complex.
