Investors are being offered 5,000,000 Series 01 bonds of OAO Gazprom Neft having a RUR 1,000 par value per bond. The state registration number is 4–01–00146-А assigned on August 14, 2008. The 1st coupon rate will be set when the book is built; it will be announced before April 20, 2009. All further coupons till the put option equal coupon 1. The guidance on coupon 1 is set at 16%-17% which corresponds with the effective yield range of 16.64% — 17.72%.
