Gazprom Neft won an auction for a 20-year license to develop the North Romanov oil and gas block in the Yamal-Nenets region in northern Siberia, the oil producer said Monday.
The block may hold 2.01 million metric tons of C1 reserves and 3.8 million tons of C2 reserves, the Russian company said in an e-mailed statement.
