Gazprom Neft said Wednesday that it had started building an isomerization unit at its Moscow refinery as it seeks to produce better quality gasoline. The isomerization unit will start operating in 2012, Gazprom Neft said. The Moscow refinery can process 242,000 metric tons of crude annually, according to Bloomberg data.
