Gazprom and Chinese CNPC discussed financing of Western gas delivery road to Asia

Gazprom and China National Petroleum discussed how to finance the western, or Altai, supply route across Siberia to the Asian nation, the company said Thursday. Gazprom deputy CEO Alexander Medvedev and CNPC vice president Wang Dongjin also discussed the “main commercial and technical aspects” of gas delivery at a meeting in Beijing, the company said.
