Change in shareholding of NOVATEK

NOVATEK has received a notice from OOO Santata regarding a decrease in its equity stake in the Company from 13.1315% to 9.6388%.

In accordance with the press release issued today by Volga Resources, which includes OOO Santata, the change is due to intragroup restructuring and does not affect the consolidated shareholding in NOVATEK by Volga Resources.
