According to the results of the annual Republican public contest "Manager of the Year" and the contest for quality awards of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan of 2012 the representatives of TATNEFT's enterprises are among the winners again.
Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in the ceremony of awarding the winners of the Republican contest "Manager of the Year" and the winners, laureates and diploma holders of the contest for quality awards of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by the results of 2012. The President pointed out in his speech a significant contribution to the economy of Tatarstan of major budget revenue generating enterprises of the Republic and he named Shafagat Takhautdinov, General Director of the JSC TATNEFT among the leaders of these companies.
The following persons from the JSC TATNEFT were recognized prize winners of the contest "Manager of the Year - 2012":
- Category "High competitive advantage" - Victor Gorodniy, Deputy General Director - Head of Property Department of JSC TATNEFT;
- Category "Achievements in innovation activities" - Ravil Ibatullin, Director of TatNIPIneft of JSC TATNEFT;
- Category "For active development of human resources" - Rustam Mukhamadeev, Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Social Development of JSC TATNEFT.
In the frame of the event awards were presented to laureates and diploma holders of the Eighth Republican contest for the quality awards of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The winners received the awards from the hands of Ravil Zaripov, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan. The title of the diploma holders with diplomas presentation for achieving high results in the quality of products and services were awarded to:
- Mikhail Mokhnatkin, Executive director of "Nizhnekamsk truck tires" factory;
- Vyacheslav Chichkov, Director of OOO "Tatneft-AZS Center".
The public contest "Manager of the Year" was established by Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan No. UP-121 of February 26, 2002. The contest is held in order to ensure public recognition, promotion and distribution of the positive experience of the best leaders of enterprises and organizations who have achieved excellent results in their work and have made a significant contribution to the social and economic development of the Republic.
In accordance with the Contest Regulations the list of nominations and evaluation criteria are worked out by the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan taking into account the most important areas of the social and economic development of the Republic defined in the annual address of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to the State Council and decisions of the Government of Tatarstan.
