Tatneft and Emerson signed on October 24, 2017, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the area of developing and optimizing processes of crude oil and gas production, refining and petrochemicals.
Signing of the document on the development of joint innovative projects took place within the framework of the working trip of the Tatarstan’s delegation, headed by Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan, to the USA.
The document assumes vast opportunities for implementing joint innovative projects that enhance Tatneft 's production efficiency based on the Emerson's technological solutions.
The Emerson’s equipment is used in Tatarstan in crude oil-producing, oil-refining and tire manufacturing of Tatneft, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Kazanorgsintez, TAIF-NK and other companies.
During the meeting, it was pointed out that Emerson is ready to cooperate more closely with enterprises of Tatarstan in many areas.
For Tatneft it means the production optimization of high-viscosity oil, improvement of the production facilities operation at TANECO and other areas of activity.
