International car giants will invest $2 billion in Russia?s auto industry, Russian Economy Minister German Gref said on Tuesday.
He said that ?as of today we have either concluded agreements or are at the final stages of negotiations with four international car makers.?
?The sum of investments within the framework of these investments amounts to $2 billion,? the minister added.
